You've made no mention of anything else except 'installed scripthook' - such as redoing computer, other issues, obviously there are mods in use, if the folder is even correct, does it work without mods, etc.

If that doesn't work - I'd also look into reinstalling your gpu drivers and/or audio drivers. Even this has no guarantee due to potential issues on the pc. At the Category Cars/Bikes/Boats with the Bindings for: "Steer Left" "Steer Right", "Tilt Forward" "Tilt Back" i can't replace them, i first line i can but even if i Put an "/" or an "Numpad -" nothing Changes The Red Triangle Stays There. So i Tried to Replace them with other Bindings, and now there comes the Fatal Problem. But when he wants to Load Up and enters the Loading Screen, he tells me That New Keyboard Binds have been added but they Stand in Conflict with Other Ones.
